Al Zorah representative will study your details and suggest the most suitable lifts for your building. A sketch along with a quotation shall be sent back to you within a maximum of 1 week after receiving your enquiry.

If you are happy with the proposal, 

1. Sign the proposal and sketch and send it to NCNLifts@outlook.com by email.

2. Prepare the cheque for advance payment and notify Al Zorah when it is ready to be collected.

3. Al Zorah shall submit the invoice and collect the cheque along with the signed sketch and proposal from you.

1. Al Zorah will place the order on the factory. 

2. When materials are ready to be shipped from the factory, Al Zorah will Notify you to keep storage space available for the material. Al Zorah will also request that the scaffolding be installed in the lift shaft and temporary power for installation be made available

1. Once  Material payment is collected,  installation team shall be arranged to start installation of the lift at site within a week.

2. Once the Rails + Doors + Machine + Cabin is installed, Al Zorah will request for the next Payment.

3. On receiving the Payment , T & C will be completed. 3 phase power is mandatory

ONE YEAR FREE MAINTENANCE

1. Once the full payment is received, the lift shall be handed over.

2. 1 year Guarantee includes 4 Free Maintenance visits from Hand over.

3.  Excluding Vandalism and finishes, any part turning defective shall be  replaced free.

4. Additional visit shall be provided in case the lift breaks down
